Not in the American and Canadian version yet. I think there were winners in diffrent countries, but not in the American or Canadian version. Many ppl made it to the million dollar question (in the American version) and answered the question, but got it wrong and left with $25,000. The higest Canadian winner dropped out with $300,000.
