In "LOST", what do the whispers in the jungle say?!

Question: They usually hear them prior to an encounter with "The Monster" or other Island Annomilies.

Answers: They usually hear them prior to an encounter with "The Monster" or other Island Annomilies.

I think the whispers are coming from the real "natives" on the island. I think they are like ghosts. Some of the ghosts are the others. Like the the psychiatrist of the others. I'm pretty sure they can't leave the island but they use people like Ben and the guy who gave Locke Sawyers file as messengers. Jacob is one of the main Ghosts.

I am not sure. I think they are meant not to be understood. They are probably warning the people about things or something. I don't exactly know what is saying them either.

I don't think it's anything coherent. One time, when I knew it was a repeat with whispers, I turned the closed captioning on to see what it would show. It just said, "whispering". I think they do it to make you think you're missing something.

On tonight's repeat episode with the pop ups, it said the whispering is usually heard whenever the others show up or people "see" something that's not there. For example, when Shannon saw Walt.
