I was watching the Simpsons and I didn't understand the meaning of that joke.
Lisa and Bart are having fun and Milose(not sure if it's the actual american name) stops them.
-Lisa "what are you doing"
-Milose : I'm trying to discover historical bones".Help me and blow on the sand.
-Bart:"oh yes you BLOW"
- Lisa (I can't remember what she said)
-Bart:" you BLOW, milose"
Lisa "he ll never get it"
What does "you blow" mean? Why is it funny? I didn't find anything in the dictionnary...

OK, bear with me on this. "You blow" basically means "you are no good" or more accurately "you stink." The original meaning of the term was rather vulgar, so like everything vulgar that has entered common parlance, the Simpsons' creators like to use it for cheap adolescent laughs.
By the way, "Milose" in American English version of the cartoon is "Milhous," from President Richard Milhous Nixon. Que c'est drole, quoi?
