Good news is my DVR did catch it. I don't know what everyone else was talking aobut, I thought it was pretty funny. I have seen many Soutpark episodes that wre much worse than that. I actually had a discussion with a few of my friends a couple months ago as to why Magic is still fine. That is the conclusion we came to too.
they went to Magic Johnson and they found out the cure to aids is money. So they injected themselves with money and were cured.
i think it was the worst opener ever as far as humor goes but it had a point you didn't laugh but you thought about aids for me it was the first time in forever
They went to Magic Johnson's house to find a cure for AIDS, and ended up finding out that pure money injected into the bloodstream is the cure.
In my opinion it was one of the worst South Parks ever - and I'm a die hard fan...have been ever since it came out when I was in high school.
Pushing the envelope is one thing...but this was just crap. I enjoyed the episode where Stan's dad took the biggest crap ever than this one. It's like they're not trying anymore. You'd think that after having been on that writers strike they could have come up with something better...
