CW is slow at putting up shows, it reruns on sundays - but your best bet will be youtube, one user usually puts up the new episodes tomorrow (thursday) by the afternoon.

i watch my ANTM on youtube, and this one user tausili has all the cycles from the start as well as some of canada's and britain's next top model. she normally has the newest episode available by the day after it airs. in my source is the webpage with all her playlists. have fun!
