Liz aka "holier-than-thou".
The one i hate the most is Trevor lancing. I wish they would get rid of him. He has been a thorn in everyone's side lately. He needs to go bye - bye. And - i can't stand Elizabeth webber either. With her holy than thou attitude. She is the only one who thinks they can lie and get away with it.
Sometimes Robin, when she's being hyporcritcal and judgemental towards Patrick-she's very insulting towards him sometimes.
Sometimes Liz and Lulu, b/c they can't make up their gosh darn minds when it comes to the men in their lives. Both of them want to have their cake and eat it too.
Marianna-b/c she is boring
Sonny-b/c he's acting crazy and needs to get back on his meds

I have tried, believe me, but for unknown reasons I don't hate Scott Baldwin, perhaps it is because I tend to root for the underdog. Anyway, I would have to say that I am beginning to hate LUCKY, mainly because he should be there for SAM and really is not; and, in addition, PATRICK, mainly because his character has been of late so ultra-obnoxious and hypocritical and sometimes it is just too, too one-dimensional for me. I don't think I like LIZ, but for JAKE's sake, no, I cannot hate her: That would be too overboard and not true to who I am. Certainly though LIZ could have made better choices, I will say that; and not been quite as self-involved.

I really can't stand Sonny at all, and I don't know why all women fawn over him. He's really not that good looking...maybe his personality would make him look better if he actually had a nice personality! But, he treats women like crap and possessions...he can take them or leave them and really doesn't have much of a heart when he's in a relationship. He talks like his stepdad was such a monster to his mother, but Sonny doesn't come off much better other than the fact that he doesn't physically hurt the women that he's with. I guess he thinks being dismissive & treating them like trashy whores is so much better than hitting them. I have to admit that I really don't know much of his relationship with Kate because I have been FFing through every scene with Sonny for the past year or so.
I also hate Lucky, but I won't ramble on about him!

i would like to say liz.......I've never warmed up to her character..and her actions in the last year had made me dislike her even more. Liz will probably never be my favorite....but lately, thru the Diego event, I thought I saw Liz actually trying to be helpful to Sam. And the idea of her going to her apt. to tell her that she might have hit her, made me think that she might want to face the fact that she isn't perfect.
I don't know.
Probably, if I had to hate anyone on GH, it would be Jerry. I can't stand that guy. I love his accent, but I hate his shady, cowardly character, and i have since the Metro last yr. Yeah,
