No! They still haven't said who was the one who hit and ran SAM down when Diego was after her. It is still up in the air about who actually ran SAM down during that night. Jason did find evidence eliminating carly and Nicholas of the hit and run. So - there is still the where abouts of Elizabeth and Monica. Elizabeth was the one who had blood on her car. When she got to the safe house where jason was staying. Jason was the one who found the blood on Elizabeth bumper. However, jason was still checking out his mother Monica's story. About her car being stolen. Plus - Monica was drinking that night. So - she cou7ld have been the one who ran SAM down two. Jason has narrowed it down to suspects. Between Monica and Elizabeth

Your guess is as good as mine! Right now it seems as if they're trying to get everybody to think that it was Liz but my money is on Monica.
I don't think the writers have even decided that yet...pretty much all of the characters involved have been having the same dialogue about it ever since it happened. I never saw such 'simple' storylines get sooooo drawn out!
I almost wish they'd make it Monica...not because I don't like her, but because frankly I'm getting a bit bored w/watching Elizabeth and all of her "drama"...I'm sorry, I'm a mom and I don't think I would stay in a place where I was always so wrapped up in so much 'bad' stuff outside of my children....but then again---she's always leaving them with "gram" more often than not anymore!! LOL

I think they're going to accuse Liz. Make her go through a long drawn out trial, get almost convicted only to find out that it was Monica at the last minute.
No one has told us it is down to Liz and Monica.
I hope Liz did it so she can go to jail Jason can have Jake and be the real dad he is and Sam can have Lucky back!

GH is taking it's time with figuring this one out. It's either Monica or Liz. I'm with the person who said they are going to charge Liz, but at the last minute figure out it was Monica. Wouldn't it be something if it was actually Dr. Devlin and that's why he's been so chummy with her lately.
Sorry y'all...I also watch Lost and that has made me have "conspiracy theories" on all the shows I watch :).
No one knows yet! It looks like either Monica or Liz but you know how GH can be it could be neither. For months people thought Daniel the guy at Kelly's was the TMK, maybe this is what he DID do!

they havent offically said, but Luke and Tracy found evidence it was Monica, and they intend to black mail their way back into the Quartermaines mansion.
It isn't official yet, but it looks like it's going to be Monica and Luke and Tracy will be the ones to uncover it. It makes sense for GH to make it Monica because it will serve as a catalyst for Luke and Tracy--they'll take the evidence and use it against Monica in order to regain their fortune.
I too think it will be Monica, but the Dr Devlin theory is pretty interesting! The show has been getting rid of all their vetrans lately and if they wanted a way to dump Monica this could be it.

They haven't told us yet. Everything is pointing towards Monica but, this is GH. The writing can change on the fly, and anything can happen at the last minute.
They have not said who hit Sam, but I think it was Monica, but I think Liz hit Diego as he was running after Sam.
Scoop from Northwest Afternoon is that it is Monica, who was driving drunk.

No, we don't know for a fact yet. My guess is they're going to drag it out for as long as possible, have Sam blame Liz and completely trash her life, then reveal it was Monica all along (because the Quartermaines haven't been crapped on enough lately).
