Whispers heard on LOST, read please =)?!

Wow! I didn't know you could get hold of these! Thanks for the link. I think they're real people's conversations having a normal life. One of them said something like 'I know what a plane crash is like' which could mean that history is repeating itself! Maybe the island's got a curse and they want to hide from Jack, Kate, etc. because they think they're coming to hurt them. One of them said 'Naiomi, I don't know that name' which could mean that they don't have a clue about our new Losties. I think when Ben said that Penny's dad is trying to get to the island for commercial resons he was lying, he already has all of that money, there's something more deeper (anyway, going of the point).
Also, the one's where they talk about Ben's mum would be from the past because his family's dead. So, perhaps the whispers are all the dead people's spirits roaming the island. Think about it, the line I talked about earlier about the guy who's 'been in a plane crash' might be a victim of the other half of the plane!
Anyway, it certainly baffles me! Thanks for the update! :-)

I think the whispers are the island reminding some of the losties and even others about their past, like when Sawyer heard "it will come back around".... that's what the guy he wrongly killed said before he died.... but who knows everytime you think you have something figured out on LOST they turn around and throw something at you that totally screws up the thought process
I think they are 'people' like Jacob... people stuck in a time loop who don't have 'real' bodies...
it will be interesting when/if Miles hears them
they creep me out everytime i hear them. i expect someone to die too, when they come on.
i wouldnt put to much thought into it but its possible. i personally think the whispers are the voices of the time travelers who are moving all over time in order to make sure everything they want to happen, happens.
