You're right. Even though Monica blames Jason for Em's death she should still visit him. He's still her son and deep down she still loves him.
They haven't shown her visiting Jason, unless she did today and I haven't seen it yet.
Monica learns that she has a new grandson, so maybe she will visit him and learn that soon.
