The demons army. As far as I understand, Hell's army is ready to come and conquer our world, but they need a leader (Azazel was it, but Winchesters killed him), and there are two candidates for this role: Sam (because he's a Special child) and Lilith.
P.S. Come on, I'm sure Sam will save Dean!
