Question: While they could theoretically be planning a season four, I doubt there is anything concrete down yet, as it hasn't been officially renewed yet. It is looking likely for a fourth season...

but Fox has yet to announce anything. Prison Break is a show on the bubble, so news of renewal might not be announced as late as Fox's upfronts on May 17th when they present their schedule to the advertisers. After that, though, there will be spoilers posted at spoilerfix as soon as they are available (probably mid-summer).
