You can't even compare LOST to Prison Break....
What the heck? Don't you think in real life if they were known for breaking out of Prison it would keep happening? What a bloody bunch of rubbish!

Lost. I personally think it covers all the grounds. Drama, Suspense, Romance and even comedy here and there.

No contest - it's Lost. Nothing compares to the drama, and hidden meanings.
That is SO hard! I watch both of them and I'm a loyal fan to both!
Prison Break has the excellent storyline, occassional twists, great actors/actresses, edge of the seat entertainment, etc.
Lost on the other hand, has so many twists, excellent suspension, great actors/ actresses as well, puzzling storylines, etc.
It's really hard to choose, at the moment Lost, simply because Prison Break isn't palying at the moment. When Prison Break's back, Lost will be having a break so it's good timing! The gold medal for twists in plots and confusing (but excellent) storylines goes to Lost. The gold medal for edge of the seat entertainment and getting involved in the character's lives would go to Prison Break.

I love both shows, but I find that Lost holds more of my attention these days than Prison Break.
The mysteries in every episode of Lost gives us more questions than answers each time, and trying to unravel or even comprehend what the creators are throwing at us is what keeps people coming back.
While Prison break is an amazing show, I was saddened by the death of a character knowing that storyline should've been resolved properly, but it wasn't... simply because of wrong decisions.
I think they're both stupid. Season one of Prison Break was good though.
