It's Eastenders. It's just what happens I guess. If you think about it, no one has a nice storyline.
I think he will probably find a girlfriend.. Someone like Peggy or something. Maybe he will meet that person that Stacey's mum has been chatting to online. I hope he does find someone though. He is nice.

They MUST do it on purpose. i mean lets see...he is the supposed head of the family, yet everything has gone wrong. his wife died and he has ended up living a sort of old-married yet platonic relationship with his mother in law, one of his daughters (Kat) was abused by his own brother and got pregnant when she was thirteen and had a daughter that he brought up as his own until the s**t hit the fan, and she tried to kill herself. His other daughter (Lynn) had an affair and ruined her own wedding day by not being able to choose between her dopey, waste of space husband-to-be and the fit italian restaurant owner (not really a difficult choice). then she had a miscarriage and found out that her husband had fathered someone elses baby, which split them up, and then she left but then it turned out the baby wasnt his but he had just cheated on her. Little Mo was abused mentally and physically by her husband Trevor ('Hey Mo') and then was raped by someone when she was in a happier marriage and kept the baby which split up her marriage and then there is a daughter who just doesnt really like any of them who was never really in the soap... His love life is s**t and nothing goes right... JUST GIVE UP CHARLIE!!!!

I think he is a lovely bloke and needs a good story line where he has some happiness! A little bit of love for Charlie I think is in order!
yes i was thinking this the other day when mo and stacys mum where setting him up on the internet. wouldn't it be nice if he did meet a nice lady and there was a happy ending for once. knowing EE though he will probably end up with a gold digger who ends up trying to kill him!!!!!!!!!!!
