Scifi channel?!
Question: I just love those scifi movies...I am in love with that channel. I dont know why...but the movies on saturday night are just so good...and who saw ogre? the movies on scifi? I loved it..but my main question is who watches the scifi channel and do you like it?

I love SciFi. Saturday night there was a big blizzard so I just sat on the coach and watched Grendel, Gryphon & Ogre. Most of the movies are good (there are some really bad ones though). I also love how weekday mornings they have blocks of one show.

I watch the Sci Fi channel on Saturday and Sunday when they have alligator movies, or natural disaster movies. Give me one where giant prehistoric birds attack guests at a resort, WHILE the volcano erupts, and you've got one happy old lady here. I love stuff like Lake Placid. This week end AMC had Volcano. I'll watch that one over and over. Same with Dante's Peak.
I don't like the space type movies, except Alien Nation. Ogre didn't appeal to me, and Tin Man was on most of one day this weekend. But Saturday, there were giant snakes! Love a giant snake!
Ya, I love it. But it is the sci-fi channel and there is not that much sci-fi on it. I mean why not, like for anim-mondays bring back a real sci-fi series like Star Blazer, space fleets and space battles, or space 1999, StarLost, Project UFO. I mean some real sci-fi. Ogre is not sci-fi. It may of been a good movie. But it is either fantasy, horror, or monster, not sci-fi.
But I love the channel, just think it needs more sci-fi in it.
Some of the scifi channel shows and movies are great, but others are really cheesy. I didn't like Ogre. Overall, the channel is good.
