There is no way Seth made this when he was younger. I have watched commentaries of Family Guy and on one epsiode Seth says himself that the reationshjp between Stewie and Brian was by accident, and Brian was meant to be there just for Peter. I remembered that because i found it so interesting. This video is just a kid who made this, not only that, the characters look way to similiar to the show to be made years ago.
