OK....I have seen this one a few times. I think it on the Bad Girls edition they put out on tape.
There is this girl (in Wichata KS) who gets pulled over ...she pulls across traffic rather than pulling over...she's has to climb out over this puddle and she is all attitude...you know why I was driving like this...you know this and that...the cop was so calm and stuff...it's just hilarious...she has real curly hair....she finally takes the ticket and they have to stop traffic so she can get out.
... a few others are all coming to me now. I can't describe any of them as good as I do that one though. This lady went nuts and cut her girlfriend and tore up the house, as a former crack smoker (don't judge) I watch and just shake my head....
I love Cops! All my friends make fun of me cuz I like it, but whatever- now I know someone else likes it! haha
To answer your question though... I guess my fave episode would have to be between two episodes.
One is where the cop pulls this person over then all of a sudden this guy on a bike gets hit by this lady. I was just in shock when I saw this dude get hit. It's not my fave cuz he was hurt or anything I just like the shock factor I guess.
The other fave episode would have to be where the poor kid on a bike gets hit by this lady and she didn't even know she hit him. Like once the cops are there this kid comes out of the woods and is all dazed and stuff. It was crazy!
I also agree with the person before me who said they like the Mardi Gras ones. They're usually pretty funny.
Btw- I love it when they show the episodes from my hometown (Chattanooga, TN). There aren't too many, but they're still funny. I try to see what part of town they're in.

I am a cop so I don't watch the bad techniques that some agencies use.
After doing the job, I don't need to watch shows on it.
there was one episode where cops busted into a house full of pot dealers. the cops searched the house to find that they were growing it as well. the cops had one guy down and was hand cuffing him and said so you are a cultivator? the guy says nah sir, i'm presbyterian!!!! best ever
