Italian chef on Loose Women?!
Question: This a toughie! A while ago, an Italian chef was a guests on the Loose Women show. He gave them a bunch of pathetic flowers and then told them that flowers were a waste of money, and the only way to romance women was by cooking and serving good food!
He was very good looking, young (in twenties or early thirties at most), had brown hair (not dark) and had a strong italian accent.
Does anyone have an idea who it was?

it would have been Gino D'Ampo by the sounds of it.
I agree with the previous answer. It could be Gino D'Acampo who often appears on Ready Steady Cook and matches your description (yes I am sad enough to watch it).
