Yeah, it's Barbara Ann. The group, made up of Janitor, Randall and Troy, is called Hibbleton. They sang against Ted's group, The Worthless Peons.
As for Janitor's name on the show... it's a weird situation. He should be named Neil Flynn if it was really him in The Fugitive. But then again he calls himself Jan E. Tor. And some interview Bill Lawrence called him Zack Braden by mistake but I have no idea if that's legit.
