Moonlight will return with 4 new episodes this season. The bad part is that there are mixed answers as to how soon. Some sources say April 25th, but some sources say it could be as soon as April 11th.
It can also be somewhat safely assumed that the series will be picked up for a second season. As always, it will premere this fall.

According to the information I have found, the series will be back on April 25 of this year (see link #1). The last episode was broadcasted at Jan. 18, 2008.
May be you can find some more information at the official website of the series. Therefore you see link #2.

I have no idea, but i want it to come back, I only started to really enjoy the show on the last two weeks of it showing, now it's gone!
