The Janitor of course...he is the glue that holds the show together.
I also like the Jock surgeon who slaps everyone ^5's all the time.
Really like the nympho wife of Dr. Cox too. But....I have thought she was great ever since the Drew Carey show. She played almost the same character on that show except she was single.
