well i was the same, i misses season two and three as it went to sky and i had virgin, but.... i have just watched both seasons over a few days as virgin have it on their catch up tv woohooo, well impressed i have caught up, i was glued to it just like from the beginning, but i am honestly more ocnfused now, and need to watch number 4 hehe,if you have virgin id say catch up hun, you will enjoy it
Lost is an American serial drama television series that follows the lives of plane crash survivors on a mysterious tropical island, after a commercial passenger jet flying between Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, United States crashes somewhere in the South Pacific. Each episode typically features a primary storyline on the island as well as a secondary storyline from another point in a character's life.
In my opinion, it is a modernized "Gilligan's Island." A plane crashes on an island and they are all trying to get off that island. And, just like the comedy, they go through varying dilemmas each episode. And, just like the comedy, they have people show up all the time that no one can explain how they got there. These new arrivals get off the island and leave the others behind. You also have the occasional episode where it looks like everyone is going to get off the island but, something always happens to prevent that. Many will tell you that it is more complicated than that because it is a drama instead of a comedy. But, the premise is the same. People get stuck on an island and cannot get off.
I absolutely hate Lost it is a stupid programme!
It is about a bunch of lost souls who are stuck on an island and can't get off of it!!

This girl does a great job of telling the story about what is going on on the surface plus trying to detail all the mysteries of the island.
Go back and read each recap of the episodes you missed and you will surely be "caught up". I hope you have plenty of time though because they are long, but there is a lot going on on LOST so they have to be.
