Does anybody else groan when it's time for Paula to give her critique on Ame!

You bring joy and light to this competition and I love you."......................Man, I almost liked it better when she just repeated what Randy said. What do you guys think?

haha .. what? did you steal her script? that's just Paula ... i tend to zone out when she's speaking. i like listening to Simon. He can be kinda hard at times, especially AFTER they've been voted off, but at least he's honest and tells people when they suck.
I totally agree, and I know how you feel. She loves EVERYONE. Most of the time, what she says has got the same meaning again and again, for nearly all the contestants. She just HAS to be extra nice to all of 'em 99% of the time. I'm getting really tired of it. :|
agree agree agree. hahaha. she's always say the safest comment she can give. in fact, their is really nothing about her comments. it doesn't help the contestant at all, anyway. i think. though simon is brutal, he gives the most objective opinion among the 3. he can point out what's wrong or what's missing in the performance. randy knows there's somethjing wrong about the performance but he cannot really verbalize it. he'll just say, it's rough, it didn't hit me or whatever, i just didn't feel it. paula, she's just the display. haha.
yeah, maybe shes trying to be the balancer of each side. lol!
I think the only thing she should comment on is dancing, after all what does SHE know about singing? Glad she's not making records anymore.

She is the buffer for the two guys who actually know what they are talking about. She is too easy on the contestants most of the time. I just wish she'd not take so long!

I think she is just so funny...I couldnt help last night when she was talking to Castro...he was looking around like, "What the crap is she saying???" haha...and then at the end...PRICELESS! I really think half the time she is drunk on there!!!
I agree but guys maybe she doesnt want to hurt the idol's feeling like Simon does ..Simon he can say whatever he wants even if it hurts the contestants..
I Tivo the show and I always skip past her ramblings.
i can't even listen to her. all she does is ramble and she never gets to the point. she stops in mid-sentence just as she's about to give her opinion everytime and then goes into her usual phrases you mentioned.

I wonder if she's stoned or just drunk. There's definitely something wrong there. It's like she's zoned out. I don't remember her being that bad last year.
