I vaguely remember watching it when my son was young and if it is what I am thinking of, he was one of 4 of the Action League Now members. The others were Stinky, Thundergirl and Meltman and despite being dumber than a box of rocks they were superheros that saved the day.
I remember the unanatomically correct naked male doll looking like a cross between a Malibu Ken doll and the Ultimate Warrior (of wrestling fame).
