Her name is Christel Khalil, and I don't know about her nose (it looks fine to me) but I will say that she is bringing the character of Lily down big time with her horrid, unbelievable acting. Lily acts like such a child who is incapable of any career, never mind modelling, not that she was into it to begin with; she obviously doesn't have the same drive as her mother, Drucilla. Her relationship with Cane, IMO, borders on being pedophiliac.
Believe me, whether or not she broke her nose is the least of my issues with her.
