What Is Your Opinion Of The Show Celebrity Rehab On VH1?!

Question: Opinions?

Answers: Opinions?

It's like watching a train wreck, I feel guilty watching it but I can't look away. Exploitation TV to the max.

Even though Dr. Drew has minimized the references to AA/NA/12step recovery, it's obvious that it is a 12step-based program. It's also obvious that it isn't going well for the "celebrities".

I'm an anti-AA activist; I believe in recovery, not faith healing. Dr. drew is doing more to turn people off to 12step in a few short weeks than I've been able to manage over the years.

i like it alot... idk if anyone else thinks so to, but compared to a lot of other relaity shows this one isn't scripted. its real. & it has to be because were talking about addicts trying to become unaddicted. i think its great too to see what there going through by trying to become sober. you really start to realize a lot fo hardships there going through & what there gonna go through after they graduate.

i like it a lot too. Because i like to see what the celebrities are up to.

It isn't like a real rehab at all! I am disappointed by it! I was hoping that people would finally realize how much of a struggle it is for people with addictions to actually recover! I think in the show they only stayed in there for 20 days, most rehabs are 28 -30 days, but that's not including further treatment! NO cell phones, No caffeine or sweets, very tight regiments. Once a week you see family members for a couple hours...It's intense, what people have to go though! Everyone is so screwed up with drug use, when people are coming off of drugs, it's a nightmare! You truly see the walking dead! People can die from withdrawls!

Most people think that once you go to rehab, you are cured. But that isn't true! It's a lifelong battle for that person!

I think it's a really positive show compared to everything else that's on the air now. I only wished that they had showed it at the same time they were taping because it's kind of hard to read the posts that people write about who they think will stay sober and having them list Jessica knowing that she just left jail and is back in rehab now. I do wish them all well and hope the kick their addictions. In fact I would love to see another season and their are several celebrities who really need to be on there.

I like the show. I've been a fan of Dr. Drew for a while though. He's a smart mofo.

i did see the first one but then it got boring they should have put better celebrities, and not has beens.

I love the show and Dr.Drew,,,I think that he has helped (most ) of the Celebrities,,Now its up to them if they continue treatment??? We only have two more shows until the finish and I hope they do another one,,,God only knows That Hollywood needs to clean up,,,I hope that Jamie does good,,but I'm not sure if she will and Jeff<<<<<I cant help but think that living with Vicki will just make him use again,,,For peats sake she brought booze into the rehab>>>What was she thinking? and Seth seemed like he really wants to due to his baby,,Mary /// I just don't know about her and the girl from Idol ( sorry ,,brain fart ) cant remember her name,,,,I think that if she goes to the after treatment program she MIGHT do good
If Dr. Drew fixed just one person from the show,,it will be one less celebrity that we will be reading about in the papers,,,
<<<<<<<<<<<<< GO DR. DREW <<<<<<<<<<<<

It's pretty good.
Jessica Sierra from American idol is on there so its kinda cool to see her on it. :]]

Love the show. It cannot show what real rehab is like in one hour installments. It is obvious that all of these people need further treatment, which is being strongly encouraged by Dr Drew. They need more help than 21 days. The only person that I have any real hope for is Brigitte and think she is more likely to go back to alcohol abuse than not. After seeing her on other VH1 shows, it is amazing that she now comes across as a real person and that I find something in her that I like. I don't think the rest of them are motivated enough or have been down far enough to to want to do everything it takes to be clean.

I've enjoyed watching it. I doubt that too many of the celebs on there will make it in life sober but I hope they do.

I love it! I think Dr. Drew is very professional and truly wants these people to get clean. I think its very interesting, their journey.
