Yes Dean dies; however, due to Sam's machinations, he doesn't stay dead. (I have to say, I laughed several times at his early deaths.) I don't think there is any way that the show would be able to continue if Dean really died. (Of course, I never thought that the X-Files could go on without Mulder, so what do I know?)
It was just confirmed today that Supernatural will be back next year for a fourth season. Yay!

it's looking good for more seasons as of right now!! Dean does die in Mystery Spot, over 100 times haha but none of them for real...he's alive in kicking (as seen in Jus In Bello lol)
No Dean does not die in that episode. Also I think that there will be more eppisodes of Supernatural after the third season. Oh and lastly I agree with you Jensen is extremely hot :)!
