Happy to help so here are some nutshells for ya:
GH: Diego is the TMK, he has Elizabeth and Sam. Sam is in the trunk of his car while he had elizabeth handcuffed in the back seat. Liz attacked him as he was driving and now they are "perched" on the ledge of a bridge. Lucky showed up and Diego shot him. On friday it ended with SuperJason showing up to save the day. Spinelli and Maxie are running around in the sewer system trying to find the TMK lair. Oddly they are starting to look like a couple..its kinda cute. Johnny is being held by sonny in a padded room because he thinks either him or Claudia has Michael. Claudia has met Lulu and tried to intimidate the poor kid.
B&B: Nick is sueing Taylor for the baby. Ridge is pissed that Brooke is so involved and is pressing her to leave them alone. Rick is becoming Taylors new "rock"
ATWT: Henry and Vienna broke up after she caught him kissing Kit, she didnt know it was all a ruse, so she runs off and has sex with Gray. Kit takes off with the money Henry had to bribe her with. Katie also gives Jack money for this deal which bugs Brad and he accuses her of still loving Jack.

Well, I can tell you about ATWT - Henry and Vienna broke up because she saw him kissing Kit, as part of the plan to get Kit to confess to killing Sam. So, to get revenge on Henry, Vienna slept with Gray and then told Henry about it. Katie and Brad are trying to get them back together. Brad told Gray to back off and let them make up so Gray had Matt (Casey's friend from jail) trail Brad and teach him a lesson so, when he found Brad alone, Matt bashed him over the head. Katie also got hit over the head when she went to Jack's house to get a book for Parker.
Luc, Noah & Ameera were driving to see Noah's dad in jail when their car broke down and some drunk frat boys stopped and tried to take Ameera. Luc & Noah fought them off until Lily and Holden arrived. Noah was hurt but not badly. Those are about the only major things that happened.
