Why do people like the mighty boosh so much?!

I agree with you, my 15 year old daughter loves it though and has got all the series' on DVD!!!!
I think Noel is a funny guy, but I dont like the programme at all....to me it looks like it tries too hard
personal taste .. we all like different things .. be boring if we all liked the same thing :)
I love the Mighty Boosh and think Noel Fielding is a proper little stud muffin ;)
*edit* well same reason we are all attracted to different looks and people .. imagine what would happen if we all fancied the same person ... and maybe its his squashed horse face that holds the appeal ... I certainly wouldnt kick him outta bed :)

I 'found' The Mighty Boosh first in our household. I'm the dad so my kids were a bit reluctant at first.
However, when the last series was due, one of my 4 sons had a clock counting down to the start of the series on his Myspace page.
Me and the boys love it. My wife is like you, take it or leave it. My best mate doesn't get it at all.
What's funny is so subjective. For me Boosh has the juxtaposition of Vince and Howard, the ridiculous situations they get into, the dialogue and stories as the main things going for it. Plus they definitely don't take themselves too seriously.
The live DVD is just like a pantomime.
If it doesn't make you laugh then that's that I suppose.
he first and second series were brilliant - they are not obv laugh out loud funny, its just different and weird and lovely. Was in love with noel till i saw him in the flesh - he's very pointy and boney - give me Mr Moon anyday!
Its funny, original, witty, ridiculous, stupid, disgusting, weird...Whats not to like?
