Absolutely not - he's nowhere near as good as the others. They were all really good this week, but he's just not up to the same standard. He has improved, but not to the same level as everyone else.
There's no way he deserves to be in the final.

If he's not voted out tonight, I am NOT watching DOI again! Got to admit that he was entertaining tonight but he still can't bloody skate. All the other celebs are streets ahead so it will be very unfair if they are sacrificed for him.

The decision is made on the skate off and not on previous performance - he performed his well and Sarra (whatever her name is) fluffed up her routine.
