Question: The dad, Matt Roloff, MAY be going to jail for DUI. He got stopped in his family's van. The cop said he was swerving. He claims the reason why he was swerving was because the pedal extensions were adjusted for his wife's size and not his. So he couldn't drive correctly but when they gave him the breathalizer he was clearly intoxicated.

I didn't know he was. I thought he was found not guilty.
He was arrested late last year for drunk driving. He was acquitted of Driving Under the Influence but was found guilty of refusing to take a Breathalyzer test and crossing out of his lane in traffic. This was his second alcohol related incident in 5 years,his license was suspended for 3 years and he was fined $742 plus $103 in court costs

That is so sad! I had no clue. I would say poor guy, but poor family is more like it. He should be thankful he didn't kill anyone and he should be in jail. Regardless of the petals being adjusted for his wife or himself, he was under the influence and if it is the second time in five years, he should be in jail.
He got a DUI last summer. This was not his first time getting one. He was arrested and it is going to be shown on the show. Can you imagaine how ticked off his wife must have been?!?!?
