Well, in terms of most successful after the show, it would definetly be Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood. They've both won Grammys, which is definetly a sign that they are great singers. Even though Chris Daughtry didn't win, he is way more popular than any other Idol right now. I didn't like him on the show, but now I love his music.

I agree...i was thinking about that the other day...You dont really hear from the other american idol winners...like did Taylor Hicks did or sumthin? I havent heard about him since he won.

Well, I like them both a ton, but I think I like Kelly a little more. I remember when her first CD, Breakaway, came out, when I was like 9, and I knew all the words to every song. I probably still do, because it's like one of my favorite albums of all time. But I don't like her newer album as much. Carrie Underwood has such a pretty voice, but I don't like country really. She and Taylor Swift are my favorite country singers, but I don't know if I really like her quite as much as I like Kelly. My all time favorite is probably Jordin Sparks. I love her voice and I think it's really amazing that she's only 17. My least favorite is Taylor Hicks. He's just really boring to me.

Yeah Kelly Clarkson is probably the most successfull but if you think about it she was the first winner so shes been famous for alot longer than all the others.
