Yes, this is the original actress that played Kimberly years ago. She was a call girl who was involved with the ISA in a sting operation with Shane; they later married, divorced, both left the show. Kim remarried and very occassionally will make an appearance. Yes, she does look weird. She was very beautiful years ago, but now looks so phony.
