"KidSongs"...and it wasn't on Disney Channel (it was on PBS stations in the mid-1990s; an earlier version was in syndication from 1985 through 1989 with the same format shown in limited areas).
Several episodes are on DVD from a dollar DVD outfit called Digiview Productions (you'll have to dig through the $1 DVD bins to find them though).
Kids Songs -- was on in the early to mid 1990's and 2000's.
OMG!!!! You just made me remember that! I LOVED THAT SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was the coolest show when i grew up..... let me know if you think of it...
