No there are just going to be re-runs of reaper until April 24th when Supernatural comes back with new episodes same night and time!

the season finale was last Thursday, it should be back on soon enough, it doesn't go off the air as long as most shows. Just go to the cw website and it will tell you when it will be back on maybe even catch up on episodes you may have missed.
The same thing that happened to every other scripted show - the writers went on strike and they ran out of scripts to film. The writers are now back to work and production is starting back up again, but it still takes several weeks to get new episodes ready to air. It will be back in April.
