Every spoiler I've read that Elizabeth will survive, and that it will look like Sam died initially (i.e. she's still in the trunk when the car goes into the water), but that is just for the cliff hanger effect, she will survive as well.
As much as I have moments of love/hate for Sam, hasn't she been through enough, I mean come on, she's been through more awful things in the past year or two than anyone else on the show.
all the spoilers i read say that neither will die but diego does die...jason injures his hand during rescue and never gets full use of them again and lucky gets shot(which if u watched u already kno)

what i read some how he gets away from sonny and jason and somehow he and nicolas go at it and diego knocks him down or something and nicolas sees emily who encourages him to get back up and fight...thats what i read
