I would choose the house makeover. My bathroom and kitchen could use a new look.
Since I rent I would be out of luck for the house make over anyway. So I'll take the favorite things show. I could sit in my crappy house and have fun with all the free stuff I would get.
either one i would consider myself lucky. the house is better in the long run, but you make out with more on the favorite things.
