no, one was fake, there was an episode where monk thought he saw trudy alive but it turned out to be a paid look a like to set monk up. she was wearing a wig. other than that monk see trudy all the time through memories and dreams.
Monk has just one real Trudy. She has had 2 personal assistants - Sharona and Natalie Teager
