Question: I kind of lost track of the show a while ago (obviously) and missed out on little details like Mark Green's brain tumor and death and the little Hitler's problem with his arm. Someone fill me in please. I am all caught up now and am just missing this part. Thanks much!

As said it was the helicopter blades that severed his arm, it looked really realistic, I'd recorded it and had to rewind and watch again.
His luck with helicopters didn't improve when another one lost control and landed on top of him, and killed him.
there was a huge rain storm one night but all the staff had to go to the roof of the hospital because a patient was being brought in by helicopter. The helicopter landed, they got the patient out but then the helicopter lost control. It started swaying left right and centre. Ramonos arm got in the way and got chopped off by the helicopter blade. He backed up into the tail rotor of a helicopter. I know from experience that machinery like that has NO mercy!

It was a whole massive episode where they thought that a little girl had the plague (i think) In the middle of that they had to go up stairs to the roof to get a patient or send one away via helicopter. Romano dropped a clip board and basically walked into the blade thats on the tail section of the helicopter
