UK - Isn't it a too fake TV program?!


Question: I'm terrible for names
they showed it yesterday evening
a chef competition
three finalists
two blokes and a 18 year old girl
the blond bloke won
I just find the whole thing more of a show rather than reality
do not find it poss that they were preparing such refined dishes for the best chefs ikn the UK to applaude and find everything so perfect

what's yr impression?

Masterchef is brilliant and like any reality programme it has to have a bit of 'show' to make it more interesting. They all had good knowledge and good skills to start with - that is why they were in the final - and constantly being in a professional kitchen as part of their challenge enabled them to not only hone their skills but learn new ones too!

    What are reality shows than not a SHOW?
    If it's real, it won't be interesting!
    Points in audience are important...where they come from, not that much.

    It must show a bit of incredible, a bit of remark and a lot of betting on someone to win...Possibly the blond bloke has had the gr8est cheer.
    Who knows? I don't!

    On the other hand, ppl shouldn't lose time (and in some cases money) watching those programs...Everyone has self problems in a real Reality Show day after day...Happines, Sorrow, Work, Joy, etc...Those should be carried out as most truly, 'cause we're DOING our future.
