You are right not to trust that site.. Check out OVGuide you can search for episodes of House on there. I usually watch it from Sidereel..

I like Sidereel because it has multiple links to different sites, for EVERY episode!! and I have never screwed up my PC.. You should still do clean ups, and scans after watching shows just to clean out your system though... better safe than sorry.
Also keep in mind sites with lots of pop ups are bad news and it's best to avoid them!
You can always download it, too, if you get a torrent program like utorrent, and find a torrent for the episodes.
Go to www.avoe.ge. Type in the search box House M.D. They have season 1, 2, and 3 to download. But it's in russian sooo...XD. Wish u luck!!!
