Question: i doubt it. if it was, it would have faced lots of controversies by now, and it wouldnt have lasted this long on air. besides, remember the cheerleader person during hollywood week? the camera covered her backstory so musch, but she didnt make it in. Same goes for josiah lemming during hollywood week

I personally believe that it is...they give more backstory to the people that they want to advance. The more you hear someone's name the easier it is to remember them come time to vote. The year that Carrie Underwood won, she got the most backstory time out of any contestant. We were all familiar with her name before Hollywood week was even over...
i don't really think so because they claim that it's america's choice past the auditions. but if one of the judges really like one of the contestants then i think that they might get to stay.
