GH fans..is Sonny off of his meds?!
Question: He totally "thinks" with his emotions instead of actually using his head and is always going off and yelling at Jason. Between the two of them, Jason is the one with the actual sense to be sure who he is going after is the right person. I don't know why but he is getting on my nerves lately. I know he is bi-polar, so that is why I used the "meds" remark.

I think he may be off his meds. He has been acting the way he used to act right before he went into a depression. I think he has a lot of "balls" to talk to Jason about business first always and then be more concerned about Kate than business or even his own children. I agree he been getting on my nerves lately...
I just think he's stressed out and therefore not thinking clearly. He has so much going on, a mob war, Kate's been shot and Michael is missing.You're right about Jason, he's definitely the more rational one out of the two.
I don't think he's off his meds. I think that his whole world is falling apart faster and harder than it ever has before, and he's having trouble dealing with it all.
I was thinking that last night when I was watching it on soap net......At the end of the show where he was just sitting there in the dark room....he is definantly off his meds.....sane ppl don't act like that.
You read my mind. He has been gettin on my nerves ever since he started this stupid vendetta against the Zaccharas. He doesn't even think... just reacts. Thanks goodness Jason is there or Sonny'd kill all kinds of innocent people.
No he isn't, Sonny has always gone with his emotions. How is he suppose to react. Here he thinks that the Zaccaria's shot Kate the woman he has been in love with since childhood and then his son turns up missing and of course he is assuming it is because of them too. He is freaking out just like any other normal person would. Then add that Claudia just likes to taunt him well......Jason is always cool headed because that is the way he is, level minded that is because of his accident.

Well since he wasn't nominated last year for best actor, they dropped the bi-polar storyline completely. The writers just make his character seem cartoonish now! He and Jason used to be like brothers but they don't even show that side of Sonny anymore. His daughter is canatonic and he spent 15 seconds with her before hitting on Kate! Silly!
You know, when he first got on meds, he wan't supposed to be drinking. Now he drinks all the time. Yeah, I think he's off his meds and his rocker. And I'm getting sick of his sulking over Kate the Phoney and nagging Jason to kill Johnny.
I think he has been taking them but he also has started drinking again and he isn;t supposed to be drinkng on the meds. Plus he is so stressed out he isn't thinkning straight even the meds couldn't help all that!
You know that is a very good question. Sonny has been acting a lot like he did before he got on teh meds, he has been drinking again and they haven't shown him take his meds in a while. Not sure if they are planning it that way or just think we all forgot about it, lol.
Sonny does have a lot going on in his life and did make his son go on the run. Wonder how that will play out!?!

lol, I totally agree with you. I was thinking lately Sonny have not been treating Jason like a friend at all. He speak to him in such a condescending manner. I think he's forgotten Jason is suppose to be his friend and have stood by him over the years.
LOL. He sure is acting as if he went off them and appears like Zachara more and more. Ironically he seen himself in Zachara when meeting him. This just goes to show, when he is overly stressed and many things going on at once, he cant function properly,and his family and loved ones pay the consequences. Personally, I am just so sick and tired of the whole mob "Sopranos" like theme. Enough is enough. have Jason bang his head once again and go back to his original sense of being and bang Sonny on the head and have him forget he is/was a thug lol. Bring back The Quartermaines and Luke anyday.
I agree with you. I think Sonny has been completely annoying for the last couple weeks. I used to like him a little, but it's just has gotten so annoying.
There has't been any mention of his bi-polar for ages. The fact that he has it seemed to disappear into the woodwork and is never mentioned.
