Gh and blatant advertising?!
Question: today was the 2nd time that cambell's soap was used on gh. did any1 notice it? did any1 find this strange? and do u think that its ok for gh to be shoving a product in our faces in this manner?

abc daytime made a deal with Campbell's soup- while it is for a good cause ( the Heart Association) the product pushing is lame. It could be handled better
The ABC soaps are all doing it with Campbells. AMC had the fashion show. It has to do with heart healthy choices and Feb. is heart month.
Campbells is in a campaign to promote the American Heart Association with the ABC soaps. Making women aware of heart disease. Its for an excellent cause. They're paying for it so what's wrong with them using their products? I think it's wonderful.
It's an ABC advertising deal. I'm surprised it hasn't happened sooner on GH. AMC and OLTL have been pushing and pushing Campbell's and the heart healthy new product lines for weeks. They've been showing a lot of the V8VFusion drinks still too. It was all done on purpose and for a large sum of money on the part of the ABC network. Think about the target for the GO RED heart healthy Campbell's campaigns...the same women watching these soap operas are the same ones Campbell's wants to target to "prevent heart disease" as they continually say.
I noticed it and also noticed the same thing when Alexis mentioned she was making pasta with Prego a couple weeks ago.
One Life To Live also featured Prego a couple days ago.

My answer's pretty much the same as the previous posters, They're joining forces with campbell's this month to raise heart disease awareness in women..it doesn't bother me that much, it's for a good cause. Hell,it makes me wanna go get a cup of soup myself and I've never even had campbells.
I noticed that as well and thought it was very strange... I wonder what's up with that woman... she seemed really weird and in an odd way I thought she looked sorta like Spinelli lol
Yes and it has been happening on all 3 ABC soaps thanks to Campbells sponsoring ads for the heart association. Expect to see them all through FEbruary.
its because campbells is doing their fight against heart disease campaigne right now..something ABC full supports.
