Phoebe's twin's name was Ursula. She dated Joey, and was the waitress on Mad About You. That's why when Jaime and her friend come into Central Perk that time, they thought that Phoebe was Ursula and couldn't believe that she was there.
Ursula. I think it was her who really sang, "Smelly Cat" because Phoebe was too kind to animals to make fun of them.
