What did you think of Bruce Forsyth's birthday prog last night?!

Question: I thought it was rubbish. He seems to need to show off all the time and needs continuous centre stage.

Would have been nice if his wife had kissed him on the lips instead of the cheeks.
Was Liza Minnelli drunk?

He's not exactly a legend.

It was something to watch, but not much more than that... he does alright for someone who is 80 though!

just another load of cr@p on tv -

but hey we dont expect anything else these days

Can't believe they cancelled The Antiques Roadshow for this backslapping guff!

I thought it was a bit too long

I didnt watch. Please see:- http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind...

Cheesy crap but he is good for 80, not that keen on him but surely with some of the pillocks getting knighthoods these days, good old Brucie deseves one for entertaining many on our tv screens for the last 50 years !

I dunno, I was playing Guitar Hero 3 and Call of Duty instead of boring myself into a coma

not good at all

didn't watch!! but just like the Oscars I'm sick to death of all these rich famous folks, slapping themselves on the back, while telling each other how great they are!!!

well I for one don't buy into a the b*ll!!

do something more useful with your time...... because people with half a brain cell don't care!!

Sorry - haven't had a cigarette for 7 weeks and having a bad day today!!!

Cheesier than the Cheddar Gorge.

I only caught the last 30 minutes of it and I could have kicked myself for not knowing that it was on.
I love Bruce.

It was okay! I'm not a big Brucie fan. First saw him on Sunday Night at the London Palladium in c1957. The only good thing about those shows back then were the high kicking dancing girls. The rest of it was mainly Brucie shouting, "I'm in charge" all the time.

Here's a link to Mario Lanza singing - Sunday Night at the London Palladium in 1957 : -

We did get some good stars on the show and it got an unimaginable audience of 19 million - impossible these days.

Come to think of it Frankie Howerd used to get a radio audience of 25 million in the 1960s - impossible now.

Er o.k.

didnt think much of it, saw a little bit coz theres nothing else on,

cheesy and boring
