Question: There has been a lot of talk over his parents coming out in the open. What do you know about his past??? Any spoilers on who they actually are? Or when we will find out?

I actuall don't believe all this about Ric and Claudia being his parents. Claudia would have been a little more shocked when she found out that Trevor was Sonny's step daddy if she had been with Ric in the past .I believe Kate is spinelli's mother i thought for awhile Sonny would be the father but everyone said they never slept with each other as teens. So i would think Trevor if not Sonny.
Rumor has it Ric and Claudia are his parents. All we know is he was raised by his grandmother Miriam.
Who his father is is supposedly coming out soon but there has been no mention of his mother. I just hope his dad isn't someone I despise like Ric or Trevor.
Kate keeps talking like she has another secret. I think Spinelli is Kate & Trevors child.

Gotta agree with Gabby Girl, I think (hope) that he is Kates baby boy. The father I think is Trevor. But everyone on here seems to be saying Claudia and Trevor, so if they actually saw it somewhere, that is probably true.
I have not seen that spoiler yet, so I will continue to hold out hope until I do. I say if Spinelli has a lousy father, he should at least have a cool mom, Kate.
it is not going to be Ric she was just informed that the DA is Sonny brother...she would have made more of a stir about that when she found out about Trevor being his stepdad. do you know what I mean? there are no spoilers as of yet lots are saying Kate and Trevor but I do not buy that either as Trevor is supposed to be dying soon. guess we will have to wait and see.
I think his parents are Kate and Trevor. He doesn't want Sonny to find out so he's asking Jason to keep it to himself.
That is the next BIG secret. I have heard Kate or Claudia the mom with Trevor, Ric, or Anthony being the dad. Can't wait to see!
