Did you enjoy watching 'Lewis' last night or did you find it was a varia!

Question: theme...... Mur....rrder

Answers: theme...... Mur....rrder

Yes I enjoyed it very much ,It was a good follow up from Morse and Thought Laurence Fox was a good sidekick for Kevin Whatleys Lewis, looking forward to seeing it again

After many years of not watching these sort of murder mystery's i fought i would give it a go.As i watched it soon became apperent that i was interested in,not in Mr Plod and his unlikely looking copper side kick, but the sights, like the statue of sir Walter Raleigh, the cobbled streets and the river that the young slow witted painter scribbled or painted the the same scene over and over again. The who done it was the statue in my opinion as as i completely lost interest when the painter started spouting poetry to the lack luster sidekick copper on the now boring river bank,so it was back to Sky and another viewing of Judge Dred.
PS Who was the real killer ?

Yes, it was reasonable Sunday evening viewing.
Obviously its hard for the scriptwriters to follow on from Colin Dexters Morse novels which worked well as tv adaptations but Im happy to see how this new drama develops.

I started watching and only stuck with it for about 40 minutes. It was so slow! They should condense th episodes down to an hour.

Yes I thoroughly enjoyed it although I do miss John Thaw with Kevin Whately in Morse! This is the second series of Lewis and it looks as if this one will be every bit as good as the last.
