South Park: funny or offensive?!

Question: So funny. I like how they pick on everyone's faults, not just a couple stereotypes, but all. It makes (or so I would hope) people realize what they sound like when they do it. But Cartman is funnier. You have to be able to laugh to watch it. I suppose really serious people would find it offensive.

hilarious.

Funny.

Unless your way too uptight to appreciate the humor. Then I guess it's offensive.

both, depends on the joke

It's meant to be both, even though it doesn't sometimes accomplish making you laugh. The creators of SP are proud that their show is so offensive, since, aparentally, that attracts more people
I guess they're trying to desensitive their audience, to show them that not all slurs are supposed to be taken seriously, but they're just jests.

smart funny

you have to be an intelligent person to understand south park

Hilarious because it walks that thin line, sometimes they cross it and they shouldn't (torrets syndrome episode) but most of the time it is just hilarious. People need to be offended by something that the can't retaliate against.
