Dexter is an awesome show. However, I would suggest renting the videos instead. season is already out and season 2 should be out early summer. They will have to cut so much out to be able to show on network TV it won't be as good.

Dexter is a really good show, I like Lost and House and I love Dexter of course it's better uncut but they only cut out the swearing his sister does.
