Jase and the wheeled warriors. It was a cartoon that was on for a short time when I was younger. Heard of it?
I'm not sure what it was called, but it was about four years ago, and it was a man with an upper-class voice, pretending to be a film director.He'd talk-over film sequences, and use many innuendos. It was really funny, and I don't know if it was obscure, but no-one else I've spoken to remembers which is why I don't know what its called.
